Declaration on Source of Funds, Purpose, and Ultimate Control
Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation (SFF) is a nonprofit organization formed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, and registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The Foundation strives to advance freedom and rights beyond aid — by empowering marginalized communities, fostering democratic participation, promoting social harmony, and creating economic opportunities for an inclusive Pakistan.
1. Source of Funds
SFF generates funds through lawful and transparent means, including:
- Contributions from Directors/Promoters
- Donations, thanksgiving offerings, and tithes from supporters
- Fundraising campaigns for specific causes and events
- Memberships, sponsorships, and ticket sales for seminars and awareness programs
- Sale of books, educational resources, and publications
- Sale of movable or immovable assets
- Support from like-minded local and international organizations
Foreign Support:
SFF complies with all statutory regulations regarding foreign donations. No foreign grants, gifts, or contributions are accepted without prior approval from relevant public authorities. All funds are received only through proper banking channels (crossed cheques, pay orders, bank drafts, or electronic transfers).
2. Purpose of Funds
All funds raised are used solely to achieve the objectives of SFF as outlined in its Memorandum and Articles of Association, which were approved by SECP.
Funds will not be used for:
- Political or corporate activities
- Industrial or commercial ventures
- Investments in associated companies without SECP approval
- Opening offshore entities or transferring funds abroad for tax-saving purposes
- Personal benefits, including remuneration to directors, members, or their families
Our Commitments:
- To strictly oppose corruption, tax evasion, and money laundering
- To ensure transparency and accountability in all financial matters
- To comply with all SECP conditions and legal requirements
- To close accounts annually on June 30th as per regulatory standards
3. Ultimate Control
- The Foundation’s bank accounts are solely managed by its designated signatories.
- No external group or individual shall have control or influence over these accounts.
- All transactions are carried out transparently, documented, and audited.
