Donation and Refund Policy

At Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation Pakistan (SFFP), we are deeply grateful for the generosity of our supporters. Your donations help us continue our mission of empowering marginalized communities, promoting social justice, and advancing democratic values in Pakistan.

This Donation & Refund Policy outlines how donations are processed, used, and managed.

1. Use of Donations

• All donations are used to support SFFP’s mission, programs, and operational needs.
• Donations may be allocated to specific projects, campaigns, or general organizational expenses as determined by SFFP.
• We are committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in the management of donated funds.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

• As a nonprofit organization, all donations are considered final and non-refundable.
• Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
  • Duplicate donations made in error.
  • Technical errors in online payment processing.

3. Refund Requests

• To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 working days of making the donation.
• Refund requests must include details such as donor name, amount, date, and mode of payment.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment (where possible).

4. Donation Receipts

• Donors will receive an official receipt via email upon successful completion of an online donation.
• Receipts serve as proof of contribution for record-keeping and (where applicable) tax purposes.

5. Recurring Donations

• Donors may set up recurring donations through our website.
• You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or through your online donor account.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 working days before the next scheduled donation date.

6. Security of Transactions

• All online donations are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
• SFFP does not store sensitive financial information such as credit/debit card details.

7. Changes to This Policy

SFFP reserves the right to update or modify this Donation & Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
