Financial Transparency & Accountability Policy

Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation Pakistan (SFFP) is committed to financial transparency, accountability, and responsible management of donor funds. This Policy ensures that all financial activities are conducted ethically, accurately, and in accordance with national regulations and international best practices.
1. Use of Funds
- All funds received by SFFP are used to support its programs, field projects, and operational expenses.
- Donations are never used for personal, political, or unauthorized purposes.
- Donor contributions are allocated according to the project or purpose specified during fundraising.
2. Financial Record-Keeping
- All financial transactions are documented and maintained in a secure and auditable manner.
- Receipts, invoices, and reports are prepared for every donation, grant, and expense.
- Digital and physical records are stored according to legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Audits & Reporting
- SFFP conducts annual internal and external audits to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Audit reports are reviewed by the Board of Directors and made available to donors and stakeholders upon request.
- Annual financial statements, including income, expenses, and program spending, are published on the website to ensure donor confidence.
4. Donor Transparency
- Donors are acknowledged in project reports and communications, ensuring visibility of their contributions.
- Reports include how funds were spent, project outcomes, and impact metrics.
5. Financial Controls
- SFFP implements internal controls to prevent misuse, fraud, or mismanagement of funds.
- Expenditures require proper approvals and supporting documentation.
- Regular reviews are conducted to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.
6. Accountability & Governance
- The Board of Directors oversees financial management and ensures alignment with SFFP’s mission.
- Any financial misconduct, irregularity, or misuse must be reported to info@sffp.org.pk and will be investigated promptly.
- Whistleblower protections are provided to staff, volunteers, and stakeholders reporting concerns in good faith.
