Samaritan’s Fellowship Call for Proposals – March 2026
The Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation’s Pakistan Missions Fund (PMF) will open its annual proposal window from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 (11:59 pm Eastern Time). No extensions will be granted.
SFFP funds one-year projects that:
- Strengthen the voice of civil society
- Promote human rights
- Encourage the participation of all groups in democratic processes
Grant Size: Minimum PKR 100,000 – Maximum PKR 500,000
Eligibility: Priority is given to local civil society organizations (like SFF).
Focus Areas for 2026
Projects must align with one or more of SFFP’s seven priority areas:
- Civic engagement for climate action
- Rule of law and human rights
- Media and freedom of information
- Women leadership
- Youth engagement
- Strengthening civil society interaction with government
- Electoral processes
Application Process
- Proposals are submitted only through the SFFP’s online system.
- The form is short and simple – not a full project document at this stage.
- Applications by email, courier, post, or any other method will not be accepted.

Selection Stages
- Long List:
Independent assessors score proposals based on:- Alignment with SFFP objectives
- Significant impact and inclusiveness
- Gender equality
- Technical soundness
- SFF’s track record and capacity
- Value for money
- Prospects for sustainability
- Short List:
Reviewed by the SFFP’s Programme Expert Team and Consultative Group - SFFP Advisory Board:
A mix of governments, civil society, and individuals reviews the short list. - SFFP President/CEO:
Final approval of the short list. - Project Document Stage:
Short-listed applicants negotiate a detailed project design with SFFP. Funding is released only after approval by the SFFP Projects Experts. Earliest disbursements can be expected from September 2026 onward (more commonly October or later).
