Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is Pakistan’s corporate regulator ensuring transparency and compliance for companies and nonprofits. Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation is registered with SECP as a Section 42 not-for-profit company.
Registered Charity Organization
Punjab Charity Commission is the provincial regulatory authority that registers and oversees charities in Punjab—ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance. Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation is registered with the Punjab Charity Commission under the Punjab Charities Act.
Tax-Exempt Nonprofit Organization

Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation operates with a largely volunteer-driven model, ensuring that the majority of funds directly support beneficiaries. After standard payment processing fees, 90% of donations are used for field programs. A small portion is allocated to essential operational needs such as fundraising, communication, and maintaining our platforms. Official receipts are issued for all verified donations, and donors are kept informed through acknowledgments, updates, and project reports -from planning to completion, ensuring full transparency at every stage.
As donations are received through multiple payment channels, including international transfers and third-party platforms, and some contributions are made anonymously (based on personal or giving preferences), it may not always be possible to trace or reverse individual transactions. For this reason, we follow a no-refund policy. Once a donation is made, it is promptly directed toward supporting vulnerable communities. We sincerely appreciate your trust and generosity.
